Go For A Ride, Old Timers!!

Riding your motorcycle may strength your bone density.

"A daily dose of whole body vibration may help reduce the usual bone density loss that occurs with age, Medical College of Georgia researchers report.

Researchers found vibration improved density around the hip joint with a shift toward higher density in the femur, the long bone of the leg, as well. Hip fractures are a major cause of disability and death among the elderly.

They also found a reduction in a biomarker that indicates bone breakdown and an increase in the surface area involved in bone formation in the vibrating group."

If you don't like riding your motorcycle, I guess you can just go for a jog or strap your dildos onto your body. I would suggest jogging more than dildos. Exercise is better for you regardless of your age. I think Harleys would vibrate too much. Bad for your blood circulation. Prolonged Harley riding can lead to motor neuropathy caused by contraction of vascular vessels of the limbs. Anything should be done with moderation...

  1. i knew there was a good reason i didn't ride harley- davidson motorcycles very often. in fact the last time i rode one was in 1967. a new sportster with high lift cams and a balanced engine. quite fast for the time. i really wouldn't mind having a sportster.
