here are some nice pocket watch movements for you goons with pocket watches. for those without i encourage you to get one. these are some of the most beautiful machines ever made. topmost is a Longines Chronograph movement which is a little more complex than a normal movement since it also has a stop watch function included. next we have a Ball railroad watch movement. railroad watches were made to be very accurate and were checked by a railroad timekeeper at stated intervals. notice on this picture it has oldwatch.com on it. i have bought several watches from this company and have been pleased with the product every time. go there on line and see a lot of neat watches of all kinds. third we have a beautiful Waltham movement with lots of damaskeening. fourth is a key wind Elgin one of which i have. it is my oldest watch with only seven jewels but keeps almost perfect time. it was made in 1872. pretty good for an almost 150 year old watch. last is another key wind movement from 1851 made in Switzerland and sold by Tobias in England.

gonna git exploded color copies/posters of some of these, who wants some??keep'm come'n Buckman .
