The first is the rear engine flathead. The blower is not functional, it hides a carb. I'm sure you have seen some of them before. Most of them have had some magazine ink over the years. I like the #71 and #52 the best. They all seem to have a "little-narrow-body big-headlight" look to them. There is a write-up on his modifieds in the most recent issue of Street Rodder magazine.

these are pretty neat. i like all of em but the blue and red one with the hemi in it is my favorite. i have always liked the chrysler hemi family having had one in high school. the powerpak fords and chevys could not beat it in the 1/8 mile and barely beat it in the 1/4 mi. basically due to my chrysler's slow shifting fluid drive. but after the 1/4 i would catch up and then they could not go as fast top end. i still wish i had kept that chrysler.
